About the Role

Join Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) as a Territory Sales Manager in our licensed team in Auckland. You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. This role involves significant time on the road, visiting customers regularly to drive growth within their stores. You will report to the Sales Manager - Licensed and be responsible for increasing sales volume, optimizing product range, ensuring excellent store execution, and partnering with customers to grow their businesses and CCEP's within the licensed sector. A key aspect of this role is identifying new business opportunities and leveraging a competitive edge to meet targets, supported by a passion for building strong customer relationships. Strategic selling and a deep understanding of customer needs are crucial for driving exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable to dynamic demands, passionate about relationship building, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Efficiency, planning, and flexibility are essential due to the demanding nature of the role. Building strategic relationships with a diverse customer base, adapting to individual needs, is paramount. While FMCG experience is not required, strong sales and customer service skills are advantageous. A positive attitude and the ability to adapt are key. You should be capable of working autonomously while also being a committed team player, contributing effectively to collective success.
