Role overview
This position is for a Territory Manager covering Athlone and the nearby area. The role involves representing a recognised brand within the off-licence sector by visiting convenience stores, grocery outlets, and off-licence locations.
Employment details
This is a full-time, permanent role with working hours from Monday to Friday. The schedule is 40 hours per week and does not include weekend work.
Compensation and benefits
The salary is up to €32,800 per year, with the potential to earn a performance-based bonus. The package also includes a daily lunch allowance of €8.50, a company van, and a fuel card.
What the role involves
The Territory Manager will focus on developing strong relationships with store managers, increasing sales, and ensuring the brand is clearly visible in-store. The job includes selling, influencing purchase decisions, merchandising, maintaining product availability, and strengthening brand preference against competing products.
