Job description
About the Company
Ecolab works to improve cleanliness, safety, and health outcomes worldwide. Operating in more than 170 countries and serving nearly three million customer sites, the company is a major provider of water, hygiene, and infection-prevention solutions. Its offerings combine end-to-end systems, data-led insights, and tailored support to help customers strengthen food safety, protect environments, use water and energy more efficiently, and improve sustainable performance across food, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial settings.
About the Programme
This role sits within a 12-month structured development programme created to prepare early-career professionals for a future Territory Manager position. The programme begins on October 1, 2026 and provides support through classroom and virtual learning, practical training, shadowing, coaching from experienced team members, and direct customer exposure in real operational environments.
From the start, you will gain experience working with customers, understanding their challenges, and developing practical recommendations that support safer, cleaner, and more sustainable operations.
The assigned territory covers Connacht, including Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon, and Sligo.
About the Division
Within the Institutional & Specialty divisions, Ecolab provides chemical products and integrated solutions for customers in foodservice and hospitality, as well as laundry, long-term care, education, corporate, and government facilities.
Role Overview
Once training is complete, you will manage an established customer territory and act as a trusted advisor to your accounts. You will represent Ecolab in the market, recommend advanced cleaning and sanitation processes, and support programmes that help create cleaner, safer, and healthier environments while improving the guest experience.
Additional Information
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that may convert into a permanent role depending on business requirements. The start date is October 1, 2026. No immigration sponsorship is available for this position.
