Role Overview

Network Aviation, a fully owned Qantas Group airline, operates from Perth Airport and provides charter services, passenger transport, freight support, and corporate flying. In this permanent part-time position based in Perth, you will help deliver smooth, high-quality check-in and front-line customer service while also supporting administrative work for Ground Operations.

The role sits in a tightly regulated environment where safety, compliance, and service quality are essential. You will be expected to represent the business with professionalism, warmth, and pride, ensuring passengers receive a consistent experience that reflects the company’s standards and values.

Key Duties

  • Manage check-in and passenger service processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer support across terminal operations.
  • Assist with administrative tasks that help the wider Ground Operations team run smoothly.
  • Work in line with aviation regulations, internal procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Contribute positively to team performance and overall operational success.

Experience and Skills Needed

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office and internal business applications.
  • Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to collaborate.
