Job description
Role overview
NUS Enterprise is hiring a temporary Administrative Executive to support the International & Impact Programmes team in Singapore. The position is centered on programme coordination, on-site delivery, and general administrative support across a range of entrepreneurship-related initiatives.
Key duties
- Help plan programmes, handle logistics, and support execution on the ground for activities run by the International & Impact Programmes team, such as the Summer Programme in Entrepreneurship, NUSOne entrepreneurship initiatives, and other ad-hoc projects.
- Coordinate the preparation, training, and pre-programme briefing of NUS student ambassadors.
- Work with speakers, mentors, and company visit hosts to align schedules and manage event logistics.
- Assist with designing and running engagement activities for participants, including team-building sessions and games.
- Support social media tasks, programme materials, and student engagement platforms when needed.
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance for programme operations and management.
- Take on any additional responsibilities assigned by the team.
Work arrangement and terms
This is an hourly-rated temporary role based onsite in Singapore.

Requirements
- Confident in both spoken and written communication, with the ability to interact well with participants from different backgrounds.
- Strong analytical thinking combined with good organisation and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
