Role Overview

This is an outbound voice sales role for banking services, based in an office environment. The position focuses on customer contact, lead generation, product promotion, activation support, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to potential customers and identify qualified sales leads.
• Respond to incoming customer questions and share correct information about banking products and services.
• Present, promote, and sell banking offerings over voice.
• Support activation by helping newly acquired customers begin using their credit cards without delay.
• Work on retention by maintaining contact with existing customers, addressing issues, and suggesting upgrades or value-added benefits to strengthen loyalty.

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication skills and a good ability to build rapport with customers.
• Any graduate is eligible; a degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• Both freshers and candidates with prior BPO or customer service experience may apply.
• The age bracket for applicants is 18 to 32 years.
• Should be comfortable working independently as well as as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Freshers will receive an in-hand monthly salary of INR 18,000.
• Salary for experienced candidates will be decided based on profile and experience.

Work Schedule

• Working days are Monday to Saturday.
• Shift timing will be either 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• For Thane, the weekly off follows an alternate Saturday plus rotational off pattern.
• For Juinagar, the weekly off is alternate Saturday plus Sunday off.

Employment Note

This is an off-role requirement. Selected candidates will be on the HGS payroll.
