Tele Sales Executive (Hindi Voice Process)

Role Overview

iMarque Solutions is hiring a Tele Sales Executive for its Hindi voice process in Kolkata. The role is focused on handling customer interactions over calls, supporting sales-related conversations, and resolving queries in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will manage both inbound and outbound calling assignments, address customer questions and complaints, and provide suitable solutions within the expected timelines. The role also requires accurate sharing of information and effective use of internal tools and methods while dealing with service- or product-related requests.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be comfortable working in a call centre environment and must communicate fluently in Hindi. Knowledge of Bengali is also preferred. The company is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Graduates may apply, and undergraduates with at least 1 year of experience are also eligible.

Work Arrangement

This is a work-from-office position based in Kolkata. The schedule includes rotational day shifts, and candidates should be flexible to work in such shifts. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

CTC will depend on the candidate’s experience. The package includes gross salary, PF, ESIC, health benefits, and incentives.
