Role Overview
As the Telco Sales Coordinator, you will support the Store Management team in delivering store-wide goals and maintaining a strong high-performance culture and excellent customer service. Your main focus will be the Communications department.
Key Duties
- Help drive store sales and profitability by training, coaching, supporting, and giving feedback to the Communications Team, with the customer kept at the centre of every decision.
- Maintain the agreed merchandising presentation standards within the Communications department.
- Ensure Communications Department activities comply with legislative and safety requirements, including correct in-store processes and incident reporting.
What You Need
- Previous retail experience in a lively, casual, and enjoyable environment, along with solid knowledge of the Telco space.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and experience handling cash, including EFTPOS use, ideally with electronic POS systems.
- Confidence in selling retail products and merchandise.
- Ability to work on your own as well as collaboratively within a sales team.
- Comfort working under pressure.
