Technology Business Analyst - Fresh Graduates

Role overview

This position is for a Technology Business Analyst who will help evaluate how an organization works, how its processes are designed, and how business needs connect with technology solutions. The role focuses on understanding the current environment, defining what the future solution should look like, and supporting delivery through collaboration with different teams.

What you will do

• Review business operations and systems to understand how the organization works today and how technology supports it.
• Assess the current situation, capture customer needs, and help define the target state or proposed business solution.
• Work as a subject matter expert, while also partnering with and guiding the team to deliver effectively.
• Collect, interpret, and record business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and research.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes to spot gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams so project goals and deliverables stay aligned.
• Convert business requirements into user stories, use cases, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Assist with user acceptance testing, including preparing test cases and tracking defects.
• Study data, identify patterns and trends, and share recommendations that support business decisions.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• Basic capability in design and build enablement, requirements analysis, business process mapping and modelling, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on familiarity with office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication ability, and problem-solving skills.
