Role Overview
This is a hybrid techno-functional position centered on delivering end-to-end supply chain planning solutions on the SCPO platform. The selected candidate will design, implement, and guide enterprise planning programs across supply chain areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical teams and shape solution delivery for supply chain planning programs.
- Handle implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration work for SCPO and Cognitive Planning products.
- Perform analysis, build solutions, provide technical support, and conduct training as needed.
Required Experience and Skills
- Strong experience with operating systems such as Windows and Unix.
- Hands-on knowledge of databases including Snowflake, Oracle, MS SQL, and SQL/PL SQL.
- Exposure to cloud environments such as Azure or similar platforms.
- Understanding of microservices-based architecture.
- Implementation experience with the SCPO platform.
- Background in leading technical teams and delivering multiple full implementation cycles.
- Solid programming, debugging, and problem-solving capability.
- Practical expertise in PL/SQL, ETL, Python, Perl scripting, and enterprise deployment on cloud or on-premises environments.
- Interest in and familiarity with emerging areas such as GenAI, AI/ML, Python, and data analytics is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Domain understanding of supply chain planning and reporting tools such as Power BI or Cognos.
- Education: BE/BTech graduate.
