Job description
Role summary
The Ghana National Association of Teachers is seeking applications from qualified Ghanaian candidates who are driven, results-focused, and demonstrate strong leadership potential and enthusiasm for the role of Technician (Public Address System).
Job purpose
This position is responsible for supporting group and conference activities by making sure guest requirements are properly followed and that events and functions proceed smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and run public address system support for group and conference functions.
- Check that guest instructions and event specifications are correctly implemented.
- Help ensure activities and functions operate without disruption and in an efficient manner.
Technical requirements
- Strong working knowledge of public address systems.
- Ability to understand how technical equipment is operated and maintained.
- Comfortable using basic computer functions for routine tasks.
Communication and service skills
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English well.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Good customer service orientation.
