This role offers a distinctive opportunity to work at the modern Porsche Centre Dublin alongside an expert technician team on some of the most recognisable vehicles in the brand’s line-up.

Role Purpose

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repair work on Porsche vehicles of all types to a high standard and within scheduled timeframes.
  • Protect customer vehicles and property while aiming for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Complete work in a safe, environmentally responsible and cost-conscious manner.
  • Develop technical knowledge and diagnostic capability to identify faults, perform testing and deliver lasting repairs.
  • Share expertise to help support the development of colleagues within the dealership.
  • Represent the dealership professionally in every interaction and help strengthen its reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, test and repair Porsche vehicles as directed by the Service Operations Manager and supervisory team.
  • Deliver work to a consistently excellent standard so customers remain satisfied and return for future business.
  • Fit replacement components, parts, lubricants and consumables while accurately recording what is used.
  • Assess vehicle and component condition, with particular attention to the safety of customers and the public.
  • Report all faults and concerns verbally and in writing on job cards, and complete Vehicle Health Check forms fully; escalate serious issues to the Service Operations Manager or Service Advisor.
  • Follow Porsche technical service guidance and adopt improved working methods as required.
  • Recover damaged or faulty vehicles when instructed, ensuring safety of people and security of vehicles and contents.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly and hazard-free work area.
