Role overview
Scania Hastings is looking for a technician to carry out diagnostics, rebuilds, and servicing and repair work on Scania products. You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly team and will also receive a sign-on bonus.

What the role involves
- Carrying out mechanical diagnostics, servicing, and repair work on vehicles and equipment.
- Handling a wide range of maintenance tasks, including engine rebuilds and general servicing.
- Actively supporting health and safety and helping maintain a safe working environment.

What you’ll bring
- A relevant Level 4 qualification, or at least 3 years of proven experience as a heavy vehicle technician.
- A strong commitment to quality workmanship and doing the job properly.
- An approach that reflects Scania’s values and high standards.
- A customer-focused mindset and a willingness to support your team.
- A current New Zealand driver licence.
- A forklift licence is preferred.
