This permanent full-time position offers the chance to contribute to safer, more efficient travel and transport services across New South Wales while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
What you will do
In this position, you will support the ITS team by handling routine issues and referring more complex matters to the appropriate people. You will work to ensure that all work is completed in line with workplace health and safety requirements and environmental standards so that projects are delivered safely and responsibly.
Your duties will also include a wide variety of labouring, non-trades construction, and maintenance tasks. This may involve operating small plant and using hand tools, as well as driving light and heavy vehicles to assist with day-to-day operational work.
About you

You can work on your own with limited supervision, but you also contribute effectively as part of a team. You bring strong hands-on ability, can use tools and equipment confidently, and communicate clearly with colleagues.
You use good judgement when following procedures, solving practical problems, and supporting others when needed. Previous experience leading small teams will be considered an advantage. You should either already hold, or be willing to obtain, a current Medium Rigid (MR) driver’s licence, a White Card, and any relevant safety certifications, and you must be committed to safe work practices and ongoing skill development.
