Job description

Role overview

This position is being recruited for a partner of Haystack. The role focuses on providing hands-on technical assistance, keeping IT assets in working order, and supporting end users across several sites and remote environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Assign, maintain, and resolve issues related to IT hardware and equipment.
  • Respond to support tickets and manage support processes across the network.
  • Help onboard and train newly hired team members.
  • Keep up with emerging technologies and expand technical knowledge on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide support to customers located in multiple buildings as well as remote locations.

What you need

  • Ability to comfortably lift items weighing up to 49 pounds and remain standing or walking for long stretches.
  • Background in a fast-moving environment that requires strong customer service.
  • At least 1 year of support experience with Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and solid technical aptitude.
