Role Overview
This position focuses on supporting the sales team with technical inputs, fast responses to customer-related queries, and accurate upkeep of product documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and respond to incoming requests from the sales team within the required turnaround time so that customer quotations and offers can be prepared smoothly and deals can progress toward closure.
- Provide technical assistance to sales colleagues on questions related to sold parts and products, with the goal of improving customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and regularly update technical records and documentation for a chosen forklift brand or product line in the database.
Experience Required
Candidates should bring 2 to 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Service Engineer role with practical exposure to spare parts for material handling equipment, construction equipment, or commercial vehicles.
Work Environment
The role is based in an office setting, so applicants must be comfortable working from the workplace.
Education
A Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical is preferred.
