This role sits in a fast-moving environment where the talent function has already supported rapid growth from 5 to 150 employees in a little over a year. The company is looking for someone who wants to help create an excellent hiring experience while contributing to a high-impact mission.

Role Summary

Augment is hiring a full-cycle Technical Recruiter to lead hiring across Product and Engineering. In this position, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment for technical and related roles, work closely with internal stakeholders, and help shape the team as the organization continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruiting process for technical openings, including outreach, screening, interviews, and offer closure.
  • Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach candidates, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify hiring needs, define role requirements, and improve the recruiting process.
  • Use recruiting tools such as ATS platforms and AI-enabled resources to increase productivity and efficiency.
