Role Overview

The Technical Consultant - AI Integration is tasked with implementing, configuring, and customizing AI-powered solutions designed for seamless integration into enterprise applications and operational workflows. This position involves translating architectural designs and solution blueprints into functional systems, ensuring the secure, efficient, and compliant deployment of AI services, APIs, and orchestration layers according to organizational and regulatory mandates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and assembly of tool-using agents capable of interacting with APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.
  • Guide a team of AI/ML Engineers in the implementation of multi-agent systems.
  • Develop persistent agent memory systems, encompassing short-term, long-term, and episodic memory.
  • Implement fault-tolerant orchestration mechanisms for multi-agent pipelines.
  • Construct and scale cloud-native systems utilizing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Conduct simulations and tests of multi-agent interactions to assess scalability, safety, and emergent behaviors.
  • Build robust guardrail systems using tools like Guardrails AI, NeMo Guardrails, or custom validation frameworks.
  • Integrate compliance and observability features into all agent interactions.
  • Develop connectors, construct Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and configure prompts and guardrails.
  • Implement measures for observability, performance optimization, and cost management.
  • Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to validate requirements, deliver proofs of concept, and prepare solutions for production deployment.
  • Ensure reliability, scalability, and adherence to responsible AI principles throughout the delivery lifecycle.
