Job description
Role Summary
This position is focused on managing talent acquisition activities for the organization in Karnataka, India. The role supports hiring across multiple levels and works closely with business and HR stakeholders to meet workforce needs.
Recruitment Strategy and Workforce Planning
- Create and implement hiring plans that support business goals and workforce requirements.
- Work with business leaders to understand current and future recruitment needs.
- Plan and drive hiring for high-volume roles, lateral positions, and senior leadership vacancies.
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
- Handle the entire hiring journey, starting from requisition approval through to onboarding.
- Find candidates using job boards, social platforms, employee referrals, recruitment partners, and professional networking.
- Manage screening, interviews, assessments, compensation discussions, and offer rollouts.
- Close open positions on time while protecting quality-of-hire standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with business heads, hiring managers, and HR business partners to improve hiring outcomes.
- Share recruitment progress, analytics, and market insights on a regular basis.
- Guide stakeholders on candidate availability, pay benchmarks, and effective hiring practices.
Employer Branding and Candidate Experience
- Support employer branding efforts through recruitment-focused marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a smooth and positive candidate journey from application to offer.
- Develop connections with colleges, professional associations, and industry groups.
Recruitment Operations and Compliance
- Maintain recruitment policies, workflows, and governance standards.
- Follow applicable labor laws, internal rules, and industry compliance requirements.
- Oversee recruitment agencies, consultants, and job portal relationships.
- Use applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools efficiently.
Talent Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness, diversity hiring, and quality of hire.
- Prepare regular dashboards and reports for leadership review.
Team Leadership
- Guide and coach the talent acquisition team.
- Set goals and support ongoing capability building.
- Encourage strong sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder engagement practices.
