About the Role

Zambrero is Australia’s largest Mexican franchise, known for serving healthy, fresh meals such as burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos. The business combines food service with humanitarian impact by donating one meal to a person in need for every bowl or burrito purchased.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, friendly service to every customer.
• Prepare menu items accurately by following recipes and kitchen procedures.
• Adjust food preparation to match customer demand and meal-period requirements.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, handling, and sanitisation standards at all times.
• Support regular cleaning of food-prep areas, dining spaces, and the wider restaurant.
• Help with any other tasks needed to keep the restaurant running efficiently and customers satisfied.
