Job purpose
As Team Leader – Reservations, you will support the effective operation of the Reservations department in alignment with Hyatt International’s corporate direction and brand standards, while also helping meet the expectations of employees, guests, and owners. You will assist the Reservation Manager with day-to-day management of the team, coordinate closely with Marketing, Sales, and other Rooms-related departments, and contribute to maximizing room yield through strong inventory control and attentive customer service.

The role calls for someone who can balance operational support with service excellence, maintain high standards in reservations handling, and contribute to a seamless experience for guests. You will be expected to work with internal stakeholders to ensure rooms are positioned effectively and that guest interactions reflect the hotel’s brand promise.
Qualifications
A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred. The ideal candidate should bring strong people skills, a caring approach to guest engagement, prior international exposure within luxury hotel brands, a willingness to keep learning, and the ability to perform well in demanding situations. Strong English communication is required, and Arabic language ability is considered a clear advantage.
