Role overview
Grand Hyatt Doha is looking for a Team Leader for the Laundry department to help manage daily operations in a way that aligns with Hyatt International’s corporate direction and brand expectations, while also satisfying the needs of colleagues, guests, and owners.
This position plays an important part in keeping laundry activities running smoothly, with a strong focus on cleanliness, quality, and service delivery.
What you will do
- Support the day-to-day functioning of the laundry area to ensure operations remain efficient and well organized.
- Help maintain consistently high standards across cleanliness, garment care, and service quality.
- Assist in meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and ownership through reliable departmental performance.
Experience and qualifications
Applicants should bring 2 to 3 years of experience in laundry or housekeeping operations, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
Sound knowledge of laundry machinery, cleaning chemicals, and fabric treatment is required, along with proven leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
The role also calls for someone who can stay effective in a busy environment and work well under pressure.

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Doha, Qatar.
