You will also sit on the local management team and work closely with colleagues in Service, Sales, and Projects to help maintain a financially sound and smoothly operating business.
Key Responsibilities

- Guide and develop the Business Support team across finance, administration, warehouse, and order handling
- Oversee financial control activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and reporting
- Keep inventory, spare parts, and warehouse workflows accurate, efficient, and aligned with demand
- Streamline ERP and administrative processes to improve efficiency and reduce mistakes
- Track performance using KPIs and turn findings into practical improvements
- Serve as the connection point between Service, Sales, Projects, and Finance to ensure day-to-day coordination
You are expected to bring structure, spot opportunities for improvement, and take initiative to make changes happen.
Candidate Profile
You should be comfortable balancing people leadership with operational accountability. The role suits someone who can maintain oversight in a busy environment and step in directly when needed.
- Previous experience leading or coordinating a team
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and business administration processes
- Background in inventory control, order administration, or operational support
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative approach across departments
- A proactive, practical, and well-organized working style
If you match most of these points, you are encouraged to apply even if you do not meet every single requirement.

- Opportunity to work in an international environment within one of the agricultural sector’s most innovative organizations
- Room for personal development and career growth
- Autonomy and responsibility to manage your work independently
- Healthy work-life balance with flexibility and trust, plus 25 days of annual leave and bank holidays
- Competitive pay in the range of €40,000 to €58,000 gross per year, with scope for salary progression over time
