Position details
This is a 6-month fixed-term Talent Specialist contract supporting recruitment activity across the organisation. The role involves working closely with hiring leaders and other stakeholders to deliver fast, effective hiring outcomes while protecting a positive experience for every candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Run recruitment activity from initial brief through to offer stage for a range of roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to guide them on recruitment approach and labour market trends.
- Source candidates proactively through direct search channels, networking, and talent communities.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines for specialised and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Handle requisition administration, compliance checks, and accurate ATS records.
- Prepare routine reports and status updates on recruitment progress.
What you need to succeed
- Previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or within an agency environment.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and manage relationships effectively.
- Practical experience working with an ATS; exposure to Workday would be an advantage.
- Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and pipeline building.
- Excellent organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- A clear commitment to creating an excellent candidate journey.
- The location is more suitable for candidates travelling by car, as public transport is not nearby.
