Job description

Role overview

We are hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support the Human Resources function in Dubai. This position suits a proactive talent researcher who enjoys uncovering hard-to-find candidates and creating strong, diverse talent pipelines. You will play a key part in powering the recruitment funnel and helping the team grow by keeping a consistent flow of strong prospects.

Requirements

  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, with a focus on top-of-funnel talent attraction.
  • Experience recruiting for fintech, PSPs, SaaS, or iGaming environments is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced search capability, including Boolean and X-ray techniques, is required to identify candidates beyond standard platforms.
  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related discipline is an advantage, though proven sourcing results from hands-on experience are equally valued.
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter is expected, along with exposure to HiBob or comparable ATS tools.
  • Comfort using AI-powered tools to improve sourcing efficiency, outreach, and day-to-day workflow is important.
  • A strong drive to search persistently for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions quickly while maintaining high-volume outbound activity.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail for scheduling, tracking, and data accuracy.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative approach, including sharing market insights and pipeline updates.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving ability to overcome sourcing and process challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Source passive candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and networking efforts.
  • Research target companies and market segments to identify and map talent pools for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Write tailored outreach messages that reflect the company’s tone and encourage candidate interest.
  • Review resumes initially and screen profiles against job requirements before advancing them further.
  • Keep ATS records accurate and up to date, and prepare reports on sourcing channel performance and conversion results.
  • Track pipeline progress toward first-interview stage movement, response quality, and sourced-to-hired conversion.

Perks and benefits

  • Market-competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Medical insurance available from the first day of employment.
  • Access to training materials and learning opportunities for career development.
  • Daily access to snacks, beverages, and refreshments in the office.
  • Exposure to a multinational workplace with a collaborative culture.
  • Regular team-building activities and company events.
  • Employee recognition program with special rewards for Employee of the Month.

Additional information

This role is designed for a person who combines speed, curiosity, and persistence in talent search. Success in the position depends on maintaining accurate ATS data, supporting efficient hiring workflows, and helping the team build strong candidate pipelines across competitive markets. The listed KPIs include pipeline velocity, sourcing conversion, and data accuracy.
