Job description

Job Summary

The Talent Partner will own recruitment support for assigned business groups, ensuring the organization attracts strong candidates and delivers a smooth experience for applicants and hiring managers. The role focuses on proactive sourcing, clear communication, and efficient end-to-end hiring coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and connect with candidates using proactive outreach methods.
  • Screen, review, and interview applicants to assess fit based on skills, background, and role expectations.
  • Handle internal transfer requests as part of the hiring process.
  • Share qualified candidate slates with hiring managers within expected timelines.
  • Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and candidates to support a positive recruitment experience.
  • Calculate compensation offers using approved guidelines and extend job offers.
  • Start post-offer steps once a candidate accepts a contingent offer.
  • Plan for and participate in recruiting events.
  • Check and reconcile recruitment reports, including work lists against position control and position manager records, to maintain accurate reporting.
  • Make decisions independently on non-routine matters while following general supervisory direction in changing situations.
  • Work with both internal and external stakeholders, including frequent interaction with director-level contacts and above.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of general HR practices, including applicable state and federal employment regulations.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment and marketing approaches used to attract talent.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
  • Comfort using electronic reporting and communication systems.

Education

A bachelor's degree in human resource management or a closely related field is required.

Additional Information

This role involves consistent collaboration with internal and external customers and regular engagement with senior-level stakeholders. It also requires the ability to manage changing priorities and carry out procedures that may not be routine.
