In the UK, Kooth works with the NHS and operates the country’s largest digital mental health platform for young people aged 10 to 25, backed by more than one million hours of professional support delivered nationwide. In the US, the mission continues through Soluna, California’s first statewide digital behavioral health platform for ages 13 to 25, offering near-immediate access to coaching, care navigation, peer support, and self-guided tools.

Kooth describes its culture through the values Alongside You, Flexible, Compassionate, Committed, and Safe, and seeks people who want meaningful work with visible impact.
