Work Arrangement
This role follows a hybrid setup. Work is remote on Mondays and Fridays, while Tuesday through Thursday are in-office. In addition, there are half-day Fridays throughout the year.
Role Overview
The Talent Manager will oversee influencer and creator relationships, drive new business, and help grow long-term partnerships between talent and brands. The position requires strategic thinking, relationship management, negotiation, and close coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, pitch, close, and maintain relationships with influencer talent and brand partners.
- Serve as the main contact for assigned talent, offering guidance on social strategy, brand partnerships, and career growth.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry professionals to create new business and support revenue targets.
- Handle contract negotiation and coordination to ensure partnerships move smoothly from start to finish.
- Work closely with the internal Brand Partnerships team to align talent, messaging, and campaign plans with brand goals.
- Spot and shape new business opportunities and brand extensions that fit each talent’s strengths and ambitions.
- Keep up with social media trends, industry developments, and new opportunities in influencer marketing.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in talent management and/or influencer marketing is required.
- Applicants should be resourceful, self-driven professionals with several years of relevant experience.
- The role calls for creative problem-solving and comfort handling a wide variety of projects and assignments.
