About RTN Mental Health
RTN Mental Health Solutions has grown quickly over the past year, expanding its team from 30 people to more than 110. The organisation is building out its People function and is seeking a supportive, well-organised and proactive Talent Administrator to help strengthen recruitment operations. RTN Mental Health is a leading provider of ADHD and ASD diagnostic services, with a focus on making neurodiversity support easier to access and delivered with care.
About the Role
In this position, you will act as a key support in the talent process, helping ensure that every candidate is treated with professionalism, clarity and respect from the moment they apply through to their first day. Reporting to the Talent Partner, you will manage important administrative and coordination tasks that support the growth of both clinical and corporate teams while helping maintain quality and culture across the hiring journey.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the candidate pipeline in Personio ATS and make sure applicants receive timely, professional communication.
- Carry out initial screening and resourcing activity to identify people who fit the organisation’s values and clinical needs.
- Manage the end-to-end process from offer acceptance to start date, including contract preparation and first-day administrative coordination.
- Handle mandatory pre-employment checks such as references, DBS verification and right-to-work documentation.
- Support data handover between recruitment and onboarding so new starters can become productive as quickly as possible.
- Provide ad hoc administrative help to the wider People team as needed.
About You
You are someone who pays close attention to detail and understands that recruitment is fundamentally about people. You should feel comfortable working remotely in a busy environment, communicate clearly and confidently, and be able to build positive rapport with others. Experience with Personio or a similar applicant tracking system, along with LinkedIn Recruiter, would be an advantage. You should also be trustworthy and able to manage confidential information with care.
Values
The organisation’s work is shaped by three guiding values: Respect, Transformation and Nurture. Respect means listening with empathy and making room for every voice. Transformation reflects a willingness to innovate, stay curious and improve continuously. Nurture means leading patiently, celebrating success and supporting the development of colleagues.
Why Join
- Salary of £26,000 to £28,000 FTE, with pay adjusted pro-rata for 22.5 hours per week.
- Preferred working days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Fully remote working arrangement.
- 22 days of holiday, plus the whole team is being given Christmas off this year.
- Private Medical Insurance for wellbeing support.
- An inclusive workplace where individuality and neurodiversity are valued.
- A purposeful role within a fast-growing mental health organisation.
