Role Overview
This is a fully remote contract opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end-to-end recruiting across a range of corporate roles, including Sales, Marketing, and other professional positions. The assignment begins with an initial term of at least three months and may continue longer depending on business needs and performance.
The role is client-facing and highly visible, with a strong emphasis on clear communication, organization, and reliable follow-through. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to define hiring needs, shape recruiting plans, source strong candidates, and guide applicants through each stage of the hiring process.
Compensation is stated at up to $45.00 per hour, and the assignment includes full benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, and health insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the complete recruiting process, starting from intake discussions through offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and build effective sourcing plans.
- Find and attract qualified talent through multiple recruiting channels and search methods.
- Review candidates, conduct screening, and support them through interviews and next steps.
- Coordinate interview schedules and keep both candidates and hiring teams informed.
- Share regular progress updates, labor market insights, and candidate feedback with stakeholders.
- Create targeted sourcing approaches for roles that are difficult to fill.
- Handle offer discussions and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
- Keep recruiting records current and accurate in the applicant tracking system.
- Work toward recruiting goals while maintaining a strong experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Required Background
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
- Between 5 and 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, either in corporate recruiting or with an agency.
- Experience hiring for Sales, Marketing, or other professional-level roles.
- Strong sourcing capability, including the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship management, and organizational abilities.
- Comfort managing several open roles at the same time in a busy environment.
- Experience using recruiting metrics and labor market data to inform hiring strategy.
- Workday or another applicant tracking system is preferred.
- Manufacturing or consumer products background is considered an advantage.
