- Practical experience hiring both technical and non-technical talent across Europe and/or internationally.
- Solid knowledge of full-cycle hiring, from sourcing and assessment through stakeholder coordination, negotiation, and closing.
- Track record of successfully hiring for complex, senior, or hard-to-fill positions.
- Strong technical recruiting ability, with confidence assessing candidates for Engineering, Product, Data, IT, or comparable functions.
- Business hiring experience across areas such as Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support, Sales, or Product Support.
- Strong headhunting capability and the ability to identify and attract top talent.
- Good judgment in candidate evaluation and the confidence to challenge hiring managers when necessary.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, changing scale-up setting.
- Interest in AI-enabled hiring, automation, and improved ways of working.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Strong focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience.
- Fluency in Russian and good English communication skills.

- Real ownership, strong support, and room to develop quickly in an ambitious, growth-oriented team.
- Exposure to motivated colleagues who care deeply about their work.
- Competitive pay aligned to your expertise and impact, supported by transparent annual performance reviews.
- Fully remote working flexibility from wherever you are most productive.
- 20 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and sick leave.
- Private health insurance with an annual €1,000 budget for premium medical coverage.
- Learning and development support, including conferences, courses, professional growth, and budget for AI tools.
- Support for coworking space expenses to help you work comfortably outside the home.
- A well-being allowance you can use for hobbies and other activities that keep you energized.
