Key Responsibilities

You will oversee the end-to-end hiring process, working from initial sourcing through screening, interview planning, and onboarding support. The role also requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and shape practical recruitment plans.

You will use multiple channels to attract suitable candidates, including job portals, social platforms, and professional networks. A major part of the job is to keep a healthy pipeline of talent for both immediate and future openings, while ensuring candidates have a positive and well-managed experience throughout the process.

Maintaining organized recruitment records and sharing timely hiring progress updates will also be part of your routine.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should have demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition within the UAE. Strong communication, relationship-building, and organization skills are important, along with the ability to source candidates effectively and conduct interviews confidently.

The role involves handling several vacancies at once in a busy setting, so multitasking and speed are essential. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms is expected. English fluency is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages will be considered an advantage.
