Role overview

This part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist position is based in Singapore and follows a hybrid setup, with some days worked remotely and others on site. The role is centered on running the end-to-end hiring process, supporting interview coordination, and partnering with internal stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s employer brand and recruitment approach.

What you will do

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to hiring.
  • Organize and support interview stages and candidate coordination.
  • Work with different teams to improve employer branding initiatives.
  • Assess current hiring methods and put better recruitment strategies into practice.
  • Help attract qualified candidates for open roles across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and end-to-end talent acquisition.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities across multiple job levels.
  • Experience contributing to employer branding efforts and company positioning.
  • Clear communication and strong people skills.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as with others in a hybrid environment.
  • Prior background in talent acquisition or HR, ideally within education or professional services.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • Exposure to applicant tracking systems is considered an advantage.
