Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a people-focused Talent Acquisition / Talent Delivery Recruiter to support an early careers hiring program for a global university recruitment function. This six-month contract is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a hybrid schedule that requires onsite presence three days each week.
The role centers on hiring interns, apprentices, and graduate talent across international programs. You will own the full recruitment journey, work closely with talent attraction teams and hiring managers, and help ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates while meeting hiring goals.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will manage recruitment from initial intake through to offer stage, coordinate with key stakeholders, and contribute to the delivery of early careers hiring targets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role.
- Strong capability in building trusted relationships and providing a candidate-first recruitment approach.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and helping shape hiring decisions.
- Good knowledge of recruitment reporting, KPI monitoring, and pipeline tracking.
- Ability to evaluate candidate capabilities, behaviours, competencies, and overall team fit.
- Confidence in guiding both candidates and hiring managers through each stage of the process.
- Fluency in English.

This is a 6-month contract role. The position is hybrid and requires working onsite in Dublin, Ireland for 3 days per week.
