Role overview
IFS is hiring a proactive and seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment across Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. This position is responsible for delivering strong hiring outcomes while ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The role acts as a dependable advisor to hiring managers and HR partners and helps shape strategic hiring efforts that support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Run the end-to-end recruitment process, covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for a wide variety of roles across several countries.
- Create recruitment approaches suited to different regional markets while respecting local employment rules and cultural differences.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements and provide effective hiring support.
- Develop and nurture talent communities and candidate pipelines for priority and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Strengthen the employer brand through social platforms, job boards, and regional events to draw in high-quality candidates.
- Deliver a smooth, inclusive, and positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
- Use hiring data and market insights to recommend improvements, track recruitment trends, and guide decisions.
What we are looking for
- Background in an internal recruitment position, preferably within a multinational company.
- Demonstrated success hiring across multiple countries.
- Solid understanding of sourcing methods and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage internal stakeholders effectively.
- Comfort working across several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Exposure to recruitment within the technology or software sector.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools.
