Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Partner experienced in the fintech arena to join our international team. This strategic recruiter thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and is passionate about sourcing outstanding talent in sales, account management, and specialized technical roles. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and lead recruitment efforts across multiple regions including APAC, EMEA, and LAC, serving over 60 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct global recruitment efforts across various roles and seniority levels, aligning closely with stakeholders to understand workforce needs and talent gaps.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, advanced Boolean and open web searches, to build robust talent pipelines.
• Lead strategic talent pipelining by proactively engaging and nurturing relationships with top candidates to anticipate future hiring requirements.
• Ensure a superior candidate experience with prompt, meaningful feedback, reinforcing Paymentology’s employer reputation.
• Serve as a trusted hiring advisor, translating business strategies into clear recruitment plans, role specifications, and success metrics.
• Utilize market data, talent insights, and analytics to provide guidance on industry trends, talent availability, and competitor activities.
• Design and implement structured assessment frameworks and interview scorecards to maintain objective and high-quality hiring decisions.
• Enhance recruitment processes and tools, including ATS, to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Leverage analytics to identify recruitment trends and continuously refine sourcing and hiring strategies.
• Lead strategic projects to elevate hiring quality and develop hiring manager capabilities through training and process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of full-cycle, internal recruiting experience in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Experience hiring in Fintech and/or SaaS sectors.
• Proven success recruiting senior and specialized Sales and Account Management professionals over global regions including EMEA, APAC, and LAC.
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships across organizational levels and candidates.
• Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing methods including open web approaches.
• Competency in conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews; formal interview training is advantageous.
• Highly adaptable and effective at managing multiple roles simultaneously in a high-growth context.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering excellent service to hiring teams and enhancing candidate experience.
• Proficient with Talent Acquisition tools, Applicant Tracking Systems, and recruitment process design.
