Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will act as a strategic hiring advisor for corporate functions. You will work closely with hiring leaders and HR business partners to plan workforce needs, attract strong candidates, and help secure top talent.

This position is more than a traditional recruiting role. You will use market data, workforce insights, and a consultative approach to guide hiring decisions, shape talent strategy, and improve hiring quality in a fast-moving environment.

What You Will Do

  • Work with hiring managers and HR business partners to build hiring plans that support business goals.
  • Share insight on talent supply, market conditions, and competitive positioning.
  • Advise leaders on interview structure, assessment approach, and selection decisions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while taking a strategic, not just transactional, approach.
  • Create and run proactive sourcing plans and pipelines for key roles.
  • Keep searches aligned with goals for diversity, quality, and speed.
  • Engage both active and passive candidates with a consistent and compelling employer story.
  • Use competency-based assessments and present well-calibrated hiring recommendations.
  • Maintain relationships with talent communities for future hiring needs.
  • Use tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and market intelligence platforms to shape hiring strategy.
  • Apply data to improve sourcing channels, conversion rates, and hiring decisions.
  • Lead process improvement efforts that strengthen efficiency, stakeholder experience, and hiring outcomes.
  • Support broader talent acquisition projects and team development efforts.
  • Build trusted relationships across functions and influence decisions through data and advisory support.
  • Ensure alignment among TA, HR, compensation, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Ability to work as a trusted, consultative advisor to business leaders.
  • Experience handling corporate-level roles is preferred.
  • Background in CPG or food manufacturing is preferred.
  • Proven success managing several requisitions in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without formal authority is preferred.
  • Experience with competency-based interviews and structured selection methods is preferred.
  • Comfort using Workday and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed is preferred.
  • Working understanding of employment laws and compliance issues is preferred.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, along with relationship-building ability, is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization is preferred.

Perks and Benefits

  • Medical, dental, short-term disability, long-term disability, AD&D, and life insurance are available from day one for individuals, families, and domestic partners.
  • 401(k) matching is available, with enrollment allowed on the first day and immediate vesting.
  • Unlimited sick time, paid time off, and holiday pay are included.
  • For WHQ employees, there is free access to a fitness center, plus an on-site daycare operated by Bright Horizons and a company store.
  • The Campbell’s Cares program matches employee donations and volunteer activity up to $1,500 per year.
  • Employees can participate in a range of Employee Resource Groups.
