Overview

We are hiring a strategic, highly organized, and detail-focused People Operations Manager to drive recruiting across Nick DiGiovanni’s brand and related teams. This position plays a key role in managing the hiring journey end to end, from finding standout candidates to improving recruiting workflows and supporting onboarding. The company is a rapidly expanding digital media business built around one of the world’s leading food creators.

The ideal candidate brings experience recruiting for creative, production, or digital media positions, along with a sharp sense for identifying strong talent. Experience or comfort working in Communications and PR is a plus, and there should be openness to supporting those functions as needed.

A genuine interest in food, content, and the creator economy will be an added advantage.

Collaboration Scope

You will work closely with company leadership, especially the Head of Business Operations, to shape hiring priorities, identify candidates, and manage recruitment for both permanent and freelance positions. In addition, you will help with internal team activities such as all-hands meetings, annual company events, and team-building initiatives.

Role Expectations

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles across the organization.
  • Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Improve and streamline recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Support internal people operations and team engagement activities.

Candidate Profile

The right person will bring at least 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally within media, entertainment, or creative environments. You should be comfortable using applicant tracking systems, writing strong job descriptions, coordinating with candidates, and conducting first-round interviews.

You’ll need to be effective at finding, evaluating, and engaging strong candidates across creative, technical, and operations-focused roles. Experience creating effective onboarding systems is important, as is the ability to manage several hiring processes at once.

Strong communication, excellent organization, and a proactive, adaptable approach are essential in a fast-moving, high-growth setting.
