Job description
Role Overview
Westwing is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to strengthen its hiring engine, improve the quality and speed of recruitment, and create an excellent journey for candidates. In this practical, high-impact role, you will combine end-to-end recruiting with strategic work that supports Westwing’s ambition to become the Superbrand in Design. Your scope includes roles across stores as well as corporate headquarters, and you will work closely with People & Culture and business stakeholders, especially in Stores & Partner Channels, to deliver a premium and efficient hiring experience. The position is permanent and based in Munich.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruiting from first contact through offer stage across multiple departments and seniority levels, while keeping the candidate experience top-tier.
- Act as the main talent acquisition partner for the new Stores & Partner Channels business unit and own its hiring needs end to end.
- Support and shape strategic talent acquisition projects and OKRs that improve funnel quality and raise the standard of hires.
- Improve operational efficiency and process discipline by using GenAI to build structured, scalable, and effective workflows.
- Coach junior colleagues, share recruiting know-how, help onboard new teammates, and contribute to a cooperative, high-performing team culture.
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-moving environment, along with a solid understanding of People & Culture; experience in employer branding is a plus.
- A pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically, deliver at speed, and maintain quality even when handling high volume.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and engaging style when working with candidates and hiring managers; English fluency is required and German is an advantage.
- A collaborative but highly structured working style, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently while keeping processes clear and scalable.
- Strong interest in data, tools, process improvement, and AI, plus a willingness to test new approaches quickly and bring fresh ideas.
