Join Kulya Retail Private Limited as a Talent Acquisition intern and gain practical experience in a dynamic retail setting that emphasizes slow fashion and premium luxury e-commerce. This role offers exposure to recruiting processes and HR operations with a renowned brand working closely with Odisha's weaving communities to produce globally standard products.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a seamless recruitment workflow.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team administratively by overseeing schedules, organizing necessary documentation, and updating recruitment databases.
- Assist in onboarding activities by preparing welcome materials, scheduling orientation sessions, and helping new employees integrate effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand hiring demands and aid in sourcing, screening, and candidate selection.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and recruitment drives to attract qualified candidates and enhance the employer brand.
- Maintain precise and current records of applicant details, job postings, and recruitment performance indicators.
- Participate in special projects aimed at improving recruitment and onboarding experiences for both new hires and the organization.

- Availability for the full 3-month duration is required.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹9,000 to ₹11,000, composed of a fixed portion ₹4,000-5,000 and performance-based incentives ₹5,000-6,000.
- Additional perks include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, a 5-day workweek, and the possibility of a job offer upon successful internship completion.
- Permanent employees may earn an annual salary of ₹250,000 post-conversion.
