About the Role

Groww is seeking an energetic, curious, and highly motivated intern who is interested in people, hiring, and business. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work alongside recruiters and hiring managers to identify strong candidates, support pipeline building, and contribute to hiring efforts across different functions.

This opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys connecting with people, works well in a dynamic environment, and wants practical exposure to recruitment and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment work across multiple teams from start to finish.
  • Find and reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Create and update talent pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs.
  • Schedule interviews and help maintain a smooth candidate experience.
  • Carry out first-round outreach and screening conversations.
  • Support talent mapping and market research activities.
  • Work with recruiters to achieve hiring targets and strengthen recruitment workflows.
  • Use AI-based tools and modern sourcing methods to improve efficiency and hiring results.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or recently completed one.
  • Any prior internship experience in talent acquisition will be considered an advantage.
  • Good verbal and written communication along with strong people skills.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to learn.
  • Genuine interest in recruitment, people operations, and business.
  • Exposure to LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or AI tools will be helpful.
