About the Role
This opportunity is for a motivated HR intern who will assist the Talent Acquisition team in finding, engaging, and coordinating with prospective candidates. The role provides practical, end-to-end exposure to recruitment and is well suited for someone aiming to grow a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal talent pools, and other hiring sources.
- Review resumes and create shortlists aligned with the role criteria.
- Carry out first-round HR screening conversations to evaluate fit and interest.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules between applicants and hiring teams.
- Keep candidate records current in recruitment trackers and the ATS.
- Stay in touch with candidates at each stage to support a positive hiring experience.
- Help draft job descriptions and publish openings across relevant channels.
- Support employer branding efforts and campus recruitment activities when needed.
- Prepare hiring updates and recruitment reports for progress tracking.
Requirements
- Applicants should currently be studying for, or have recently completed, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication, along with good people skills, is essential.
- Solid planning, coordination, and organizational abilities are needed.
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and digital hiring tools is required.
- The role suits someone who can handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- A proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are important.
