Overview
This role is focused on proactive talent sourcing and recruitment for an education and publishing business. It calls for someone who can identify strong candidates by understanding role needs in depth and building smart hiring channels beyond conventional methods.
Responsibilities
- Gather detailed hiring needs from department managers, including the job requirements, role description, and expected seniority.
- Actively source appropriate candidates through LinkedIn using search filters and targeted outreach.
- Explore and develop additional channels to locate qualified talent.
- Collaborate with emerging and newer recruitment agencies to support hiring efforts.
- Use both internal and external referral programs to widen the candidate pool.
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on recruitment experience in the education or publishing sector.
- Comfortable communicating fluently in both written and spoken English.
- Established network with recruitment consultancies and staffing partners.
- Ability to recruit through non-traditional, resourceful sourcing methods.
- Good understanding of role scoping and seniority mapping.

This is a full-time, work-from-office position based in the Dayalbagh office, Agra.
