About the Role
Rogo is hiring a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to keep recruiting operations organized and moving efficiently. In this role, you will be the go-to contact for candidates and will help ensure interviews are coordinated smoothly, professionally, and with a strong candidate experience. This is a fully remote contract opportunity suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving environment, can handle intricate scheduling challenges, and values thoughtful candidate support.
Responsibilities
- Arrange a large number of interviews across phone, video, and panel formats while coordinating across different time zones for candidates and hiring managers.
- Act as the main contact for candidates by answering process and logistics questions, guiding them through each step, and keeping communication clear and timely.
- Keep applicant records accurate and current in the ATS, including advancing candidates through stages and publishing job descriptions when needed.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve calendar conflicts and improve the overall hiring process.
- Spot delays or friction points in the recruiting workflow and recommend practical improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least 1 to 3 years of experience in a coordinator position, ideally in talent acquisition, human resources, or a fast-paced startup setting.
Required Skills
- Strong ability to coordinate complicated and changing schedules; familiarity with Google Workspace and ATS tools such as Greenhouse or Lever is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken communication, with the ability to respond sensitively and professionally in both positive and difficult situations.
- High attention to detail and strong organization skills, especially while balancing several priorities at once.
- Comfort with changing priorities and a practical, solution-oriented mindset when problems arise.
Preferred Skills
- Background in a fast-paced startup environment.
