Role Overview
KPay is hiring a careful and driven Talent Acquisition Associate to assist with hiring activities across the region. The position works alongside the Talent Acquisition team to improve sourcing efforts, keep recruitment dashboards updated, and support efficient execution throughout the full recruitment process. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys recruitment operations, data, and systems, and wants exposure to end-to-end hiring work in a fast-moving environment.
Sourcing and Talent Mapping
- Reach out to potential candidates using several channels, including professional networks, job platforms, referrals, and talent databases.
- Create and maintain candidate pipelines for priority and repeat hiring needs.
- Handle early-stage outreach and screening to judge fit and interest.
- Assist with employer branding and employee referral activities when needed.
Recruitment Operations
- Organize interview schedules and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Keep recruitment dashboard information accurate and up to date.
- Draft weekly and monthly hiring updates, including funnel movement, time-to-fill, and source performance.
- Help with offer coordination and onboarding support where necessary.
Analytics and Dashboard Management
- Maintain live reporting dashboards covering hiring activity, funnel metrics, and talent acquisition performance.
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to review trends and suggest ways to improve processes.
- Ensure candidate and requisition records remain consistent and accurate.
Qualifications
This role requires a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, along with around 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR operations, or data coordination.
Skills Required
Strong spreadsheet skills are essential, particularly in Excel or Google Sheets, and experience with dashboards or business intelligence tools such as Lark, Google Data Studio, or Tableau would be an advantage. The role also calls for clear communication, strong coordination, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks efficiently while working well with others in a fast-paced setting.
