Swimming Pool Technician

Role overview

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Pool Technician to keep swimming pools and water features clean, safe, and fully operational. This role calls for someone proactive, attentive to detail, and comfortable working with water treatment, filtration equipment, and surrounding pool areas to maintain high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust water chemistry by maintaining correct pH and chlorine levels.
• Clean swimming pools and water features using suitable chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Check, run, and maintain pumps, filters, and circulation systems.
• Keep the pool deck and nearby areas clean and safe.
• Carry out regular maintenance checks and flag any faults or repair needs.
• Respond quickly to pool maintenance requests and close out issues efficiently.
• Follow health and safety requirements, including safe handling of chemicals.
• Record daily work activity in the company’s Android-based internal system.

Qualifications and experience

The role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience in pool maintenance or a similar field. Applicants should have completed at least 10th or 12th grade, or an equivalent qualification. Basic English reading, writing, and speaking ability is needed, along with the ability to use Android smartphones for task updates. Familiarity with pool cleaning tools, pumps, and filtration systems is preferred. A UAE driving license will be an added advantage, and candidates already based in the UAE are encouraged to apply.
