Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site Surveyor position in the Riyadh Region. The person in this role will perform site surveys, gather and interpret spatial and topographic information, and produce precise measurements, drawings, maps, and reports that support design, engineering, and construction activities.

What You Will Do

The Surveyor will operate surveying and GPS tools, establish reference points and boundaries, confirm site elevations, and work closely with project managers, engineers, and other technical stakeholders to protect the accuracy of project data. The role also includes keeping survey records well organized, following applicable regulations and standards, and contributing to planning and delivery by providing reliable survey information. In addition, the Surveyor will track site progress, spot inconsistencies, and suggest corrections to keep work aligned with project requirements.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring strong technical surveying capability, including hands-on experience with total stations, GPS/GNSS units, and digital leveling instruments. They should also be comfortable using surveying and mapping software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools, along with basic data analysis applications. A sound understanding of construction and engineering concepts, site layout, and relevant local codes and standards is important.

Good communication and teamwork abilities are needed to coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, and site staff. The role calls for careful attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to prepare clear drawings, reports, and supporting documentation. It also requires the flexibility to work in field conditions, manage time well, and handle several tasks or projects at once.

A Diploma in Surveying or a related discipline is expected, while professional certification or registration will be considered an advantage. Prior experience as a Surveyor in construction, engineering, or similar sectors is preferred, especially within the Riyadh Region or comparable environments. Working knowledge of site safety practices and HSE requirements is also required. Proficiency in English is necessary, and Arabic language skills would be beneficial.
