Role overview

Soulhouse is a fast-growing self-care scale-up working to become the leading brand for modern bodywork in Europe. The company offers premium massages, assisted stretching, and facework in stylish studios, serving thousands of people every month with experiences designed to help them feel their best.

The business is expanding rapidly, with more than 100 additional locations planned across Europe in the coming years. Alongside the studio network, the company’s e-commerce business is also growing strongly through its own self-care products.

Your mission

In this role, you will be the main contact for customer support and success matters. You’ll handle customer communication across several channels, keep bookings and schedules running smoothly, and help maintain a high service standard every day.

  • Respond to customer questions and issues related to bookings, appointments, vouchers, and complaints, and work toward clear, practical solutions.
  • Work with support tools and channels such as Intercom, email, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Manage appointments by booking, canceling, rescheduling, and handling voucher administration.
  • React independently to expert absences, reorganize schedules when needed, and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Spot booking gaps, combine appointments intelligently, and help improve expert utilization over time.
  • Review online ratings and support relationships with external partner platforms.
  • Monitor daily service quality and ensure the company’s promise to customers is consistently delivered.
  • Handle basic day-to-day maintenance of the online shop.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least one year of customer service experience, ideally in wellness, beauty, hospitality, or e-commerce. Strong German and English skills, both spoken and written, are essential. You should be comfortable finding solutions even in challenging situations, work confidently with digital tools and Apple/macOS, and bring a structured, self-directed approach to your work. This position also requires readiness for rotating early and late shifts, as well as weekend work on a rotating schedule.

Working conditions

This is a remote role based in Germany. The position is offered either full-time or part-time, with 30 to 40 hours per week. Shift work is structured across early and late shifts, and weekends are included in a rotating model.
