The business is heavily invested in research and development and is focused on delivering innovative medicines with real-world impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the full rollout of the Future Focused Planning programme across the assigned manufacturing locations.
- Work closely with site leadership and supply planning functions to embed the new Target Operating Model.
- Assess site preparedness and pinpoint where current practices differ from the desired future state.
- Build and implement site-level deployment plans together with change management actions.
- Run training and capability sessions to strengthen the skills of local supply planning teams.
Required Background
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline. A master’s qualification or specialist training in Supply Chain or Operations is an advantage. You should bring substantial hands-on experience in supply planning, demand planning, or S&OP within a manufacturing setting, along with a solid understanding of operating model design and large-scale transformation delivery. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and training abilities are also important.
