Job description

Job Summary

The primary role of this position is to oversee and manage non-IT projects, including planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to engineering, research and development, financial systems, and product launches. This role also involves analyzing technological needs, resource allocation, and market demand to assess project feasibility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities, develop detailed plans to achieve objectives, and manage the integration of technical tasks.
  • Present and articulate proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
  • Oversee recruitment, direct and evaluate staff performance, and ensure staff competence development.
  • Analyze technology, resource requirements, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility.
  • Collaborate with management, production, and marketing teams to discuss project specifications and procedures.
  • Review and approve contracts and cost estimates.
  • Manage supplier selection, approval, and development processes.

Additional Information

This is a 12-month contract position located onsite in the Peoria Metropolitan Area. The role requires 100% onsite presence, Monday through Friday. Candidates not local must be willing to relocate at their own expense and be available to start onsite within two weeks of receiving an offer. The position offers a maximum pay of $33 per hour on a W2 basis, with working hours from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. There is a strong possibility for extension or conversion to a full-time role. Pre-employment screenings include a full panel drug test and background check. The interview process consists of at least two rounds.
